This is to be noted that candidates of only Haryana resident are eligible for admission in D.El.Ed/ D.El.Ed. (Urdu) (D.Ed/JBT). Facilitation centres which are situated in all GETTIs or DIETs or selected Govt. schools and in all Self Financing Institutes running D.Ed. course.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: All the interested candidates must be 12th (Intermediate) qualified with well and good marks or equivalent qualification from any recognized board or institution.
- For Diploma in Elementary Education (Urdu)- D.El.Ed. (U): In addition to the qualifications prescribed as above for Diploma in Education
(D.El.Ed), the candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) exam from BSEH or any other board.
- For Diploma in Elementary Education (Urdu)- D.El.Ed. (U): In addition to the qualifications prescribed as above for Diploma in Education
- Age Limit: Candidates are advised to read the official notification regarding this matter.
How to Apply:
All Eligible and Interested candidates need to apply through online mode via filling the online application form. The Prospectus can be downloaded from the official website. After filling the online form, candidates need to take the printout of the system generated application and save it for future use.
Steps to Step Guide to Apply Online:
- Step 1: Firstly, Candidates can apply only through the online application process by log on to the official website www.dedharyana.org via council website www.scertharyana.gov.in. After log on to the website fill the application form properly and submit the form.
- Step 2: After submitting the form, pay the application fee online via one of three modes i.e. Bank Challan, Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking.
- Step 3: Candidates are required to mention their stream i.e. Science/Commerce/Arts/Vocational) in the online application form.
- Step 4: Candidates who are applying for D.El.Ed and D.El.Ed (Urdu), village seats and other than village seats, need to apply separately for each stream.
- Step 5: Candidates are required to upload Documents like recent photographs, Aadhar Card numbers and signatures while online registration.

Selection Process:
The selection of eligible candidates for D.Ed. Admission in Haryana will be on the basis of the Merit List which will purely be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination streamwise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational).

Note: Subject combination needed in the 12th class examination. In the case of the science stream, if any seat remains vacant, it will be converted to Commerce stream or vice versa.

I am Swati lives in Bahadurgarh (Haryana). I have 58.80 % in 12th Class from CBSE Board, But in round first of JBT collage seat allocation i did not have any seat. On the other hand which candidates have low % then me is allotted seat,
