Eligibility Criteria:
- For Bachelor Programmes: Applicants who apply for Bachelor’s Degree Courses should have qualified their Higher Secondary or 12th Class examination with relevant Subject Combination with not less than 50% aggregate marks for admission from recognized Board to these programmes.
- For PG Diploma Programmes:Â Applicants should have completed their Masters/ Post Graduation (PG) from the relevant discipline with well and good marks from a recognized College or University.
- For Master Programmes: Applicants who apply for Master’s Degree courses should have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks in relevant discipline or Subjects from any recognised university.
How to Apply online:
Before beginning the process of the online application, candidates need to have necessary documents: – Scanned latest photo, signature and scanned Category Certificate (Only reserved category students).
Steps to Apply Online:
- Step 1: Go to the official website of Guru Jmbheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar’s online admission portal at www.gjust.ac.in/admission2021.
- Step 2: Click on the button link labelled with “Apply Online for Undergraduate Programmes” for those who want to apply for undergraduate regular courses and “Apply Online for Postgraduate Programmes” for those who wish to apply for postgraduate regular courses.
- Step 3: Click on the button labelled with “New Candidate Registration” and read all the instructions for submission of the application form and proceed with clicking on the “start registration” button.
- Step 4:Â Fill in all the mandatory and correct details about yourself and submit the application form.
- Step 5: Upload the latest photo and signature of yourself, then upload the required documents and proceed to the next step.
- Step 6: Pay the online fee either by Netbanking or Debit/Credit Card and save the receipt for future use.
- Step 7: Review the filled details and submit the application.
- Step 8: Save and Printout the system generated application form and fee receipt for future reference. Â

Admission Process:
The selection of an eligible candidate will be by the merit list drawn by the marks obtained in the Entrance Test subject to meeting other conditions as provided in the Prospectus.
For candidates with identical/same scores or Rank in Entrance Test or GATE/ GPAT/ CAT the merit will be described as under:
