HUDA (HSVP) Upcoming Plot Scheme 2021-22 Gurgaon Booking Online Registration: The Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), earlier know as Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) launched the new housing scheme for the distribution of about 6200 residential plots in urban areas in all across the Haryana. These residential plots will be distributed in 15 sectors within the next six months. Those applicants who are interested are required to do registration by filling up the information in the online form for the new HUDA housing scheme 2021.

What is HSVP?
HSVP is expended as Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran. HSVP is a statutory body of the Haryana Government that process 30 urban estates across the state. To handle the work, HSVP has divided the districts into 5 zones. Additionally, the authority has divided into 12 departments which are responsible for establishing a planned and secure development and maintenance in urban areas of Haryana. This development and maintenance include residential areas, industrial areas, commercial areas as well as institutional areas. J Ganesan is the Chief Administrator of HSVP. The Minister of Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana is the Chairman of the authority. The headquarter of the authority is situated in Panchkula, Haryana.

HSVP Upcoming Plot Scheme 2021-22
Under this new scheme, with the residential plots, commercial plots will be available too. These plots will be in new sectors of the Haryana. Those candidates who want to participate in this plots draw, required to apply through online registration. Applicants can apply on the official website of HUDA. A lot of people apply for HUDA plot scheme and many of lucky people get these plots are a very affordable price.
As we all know that only under this scheme, Haryana public can buy the plots whether it is commercial or residential at very affordable prices.
Eligibility for Applying
- Haryana Domicile: Candidates who belong to Haryana are eligible to apply for the residential plots under HUDA Plot Scheme 2021.
- Income Category: The economically weaker section families with the annual family income less than Rs. 300000/- including the husband, wife and children.
- Group D employees of Haryana Government are eligible
- Applicants should not have any other house or plot in his/her name at Haryana State.
HSVP New Plot Scheme Areas & Location:
As per the latest survey, Mahendragarh and Sirsa areas will two new sectors while other will get one sector each. In Sirsa, there are total 1389 plots available.

Apply Online – Registration Process:
- Go to the official website of HSVP or can say HUDA i.e. www.huda.org.in.
- Click on the link label with HUDA Plot Scheme 2021-22 and open the registration form.
- Read the all the instructions and fill the application form carefully with correct information.
- Upload the required documents in it.
- Click on the payment option and pay the application fee online by Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Card etc.
- Review and submit the details and take a print of system generated application form.
