HTET Result 2019 Haryana TET Results 16 & 17 November 2020 News| Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has recently conducted the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2018 on dated 16th November and 17th November 2019 for all the three levels i.e. PRT, TGT, and PGT levels.  About 2.73 lakh candidates appeared for level I and II on 6th January (day 2) while 93,000 candidates appeared for level III (Day 1) all over the Haryana.  The HTET Examination was conducted successfully, Chairman of Board, Jagbir Singh and Secretary, Board, Capt Manoj Kumar confirmed.

While talking about the result, according to the official sources the result will be declared in the month of December 2019. For information, The TET is compulsory is to be eligible to teach in the Government School recognized by the Department of School Education. Before it was known as State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET). The process of Checking OMR Answer Sheet is started and the result will be ready within a month.


Last year, due to Aadhaar based identification, HTET result got delayed. So verification process was held at the Teachers’ Building at the Board Headquarters on 24th February & 25th February 2018.{Reference}

Board of School Education Haryana has increased the validity of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) from 5 years to 7 years proposed by Haryana Government.{Reference}

Every year a lot of candidates appear in the exam and only 12-15% get selected. To qualify the exam, candidates need 60% (90 marks) for all except SC/PH ( 55%/82 marks). All the aspirants who have appeared in the above exam can check the important dates related to the result declaration of HTET. These following dates will help the candidates to keep a track on all the events.

This time total of approx 5 lakh candidates registered for the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test 2018 in which Level 1 PRT (primary teacher) includes 1,30,454  candidates, for level 2 (TGT teacher) 1,42,610 and Level 3 (PGT Lecturer) 93,000 applicants at the various exam centres in Haryana.

How to Check HTET Result 2019-20 online?

  1. Before checking result, candidates must have their Roll Number, Date of Birth (DOB). Candidates can check their result by Name and father’s/husband’s name.
  2. Then go to the official website of HTET i.e. and click on the button with label HTET 2018 Result and you will be redirected to the login page.
  3. Enter your roll number and Date of Birth (DOB) and captcha code given beside the box.
  4. After this, you will find the box, Enter the Roll Number and check your Result.
  5. There is another way to check the result, Name wise result. Enter the Name/Father Name, Date of Birth etc. to view the result as well as Score Card and Cut off Marks.
  6. Download or print the result for the same for further references.

Updates: Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani has smoothly conducted Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) examination across the Haryana. About 3.66 lakh candidates appeared in the exam in level- I, II and III on 16th and 17th November 2019

HTET Certificate Validity Period:

  • The HTET certificate validity period for qualifying candidate is five years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
  • There is no restriction on the number of attempts for eligible candidates. Those candidates who already qualified the exam can reattempt exam for improvement. 

HTET Result Analysis:

The Board of School Education officials also releases the ‘Result Analysis’ of HTET exam.  This analysis includes total candidates applied for the exams the number of candidates appeared, pass percentage district wise-subject wise, level-wise, gender-wise, cutoff marks, candidate’s lean and much more.

Yes ! There is an option to check the result by name and date of birth.

For General & BC category 90 marks (60%) and for SC and PH 82 marks (55%).
